Best, BEST Cacio e Pepe in the city of Atlanta! This is not a test. This is not an exaggeration. If you’re an Italian cuisine fan, a Cacio e Pepe purist, or a Vesper bar permanent fixture, walk across the street to indulge. Chef Mel and team are doing a great job with this menu! We’ll be back!

Listen. I'm a chef, coming from an Italian cuisine background. So I ordered the chicken piccata but had an idea that I use at home so I was introduced to their head chef. We chopped it up, had a few beers, service awesome. So now my dish arrives. Too sexy to even photo, now I taste it! DONE!! Absolutely perfectly balanced dish. The flavor was powerful and outstanding. They have a customer as long as I come to Atlanta. And I met the owner, who was awesome too.
